• We require an experienced Sales Account Manager who will play a key role in delivering the corporate business strategies as well as specific territory and customer plans in order to achieve agreed objectives.
• They will actively position the company to win a significant proportion of outsourced global projects from assigned customers and territories across all service capabilities.
• The successful applicant will take responsibility to generate sales from assigned customers and territories to achieve team and individual targets and to communicate specific customer needs and opportunities to the proposals group and account support staff.
• They will proactively identify and convert business from new customers.
Who we're looking for
• The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's level degree in Business Management or a scientific discipline specific to pharmaceutical development.
• They will have professional sales experience and be prepared to travel as required.
• Excellent team working and leadership skills are required for this key role in addition to sound verbal and written communication abilities which will be necessary to effectively and successfully deal with clients and team members.
