Senior Estimator

As Senior Estimator, you will provide tender costs and oversee the provision of same from estimators reporting into you on a limited value or complexity for construction projects for Regional Directors Adjudication ensuring a competitive net bid.

This will involve-
• Management of a team of estimators
• Co-ordination of tender bid & pre-contract activities.
• Preparation of sound and competitive net estimate.
• Handover and presentation of tender bid to construction team.

Who we're looking for
The ideal Senior Estimator will come from a social housing/ regeneration background. You must have outstanding communication and man-management skills, as well as a proven track record of submitting successful, large scale estimates.
