Supporting the Chippenham site this role will be providing a full generalist HR support service to a challenging and demanding area of the business. Working on a two / three day a week basis the role will be geared towards providing a consistent and high quality service both operationally and strategically.
A working knowledge of implementing group HR strategy at a local level as well as delivering a localised HR service would be beneficial as would a relevant HR qualification.
At a local level the role will take responsibility for:
• Recruitment
• Coaching and talent development
• Annual appraisal process
• Localised Training and Development
• Assisting line managers with succession planning
• Management reporting
• Localised re-structuring when required.

Who we're looking for
• CIPD qualified or equivalent qualification
• Strong generalist background ideally within a engineering or similar environment
• Previous experience of working as an HR Business Partner or HR Advisor
• Strong communication skills
