As the Franchise Operations Manager for this fantastic high street Fashion brand, you will be based in London but will be expected to be flexible with travel. You will:
• Lead and develop UK franchise business, ensuring appropriate support and communication from shared business resources (VM, Display, Store Design, Product Selection) (c15 stores)
• Same as above for overseas franchise (c30 stores)
• Make operational improvements to internal systems, IT, processes, logistics to drive the core business
• Business development of International Franchise partners (attracting new partners, creating business plans, implementing businesses from start up positions)
• Manage store design and opening programme for license partner business
• Manage area manager, franchise co-ordinator, reporting to COO

Who we're looking for
• Have Franchise and International experience within a Fashion brand
• Be able to influence at a senior level in the business
• Have strong commercial acumen.
