The successful applicant shall report directly to the Legal Counsel and will provide legal supportfor international projects involving the generation and maintenance of the review cycle of pharmacovigilance agreements to Benefit Risk Management. General ad hoc legal advice and support will also be expected.
Key responsibilities:
- Support BRM (Benefit Risk Management), in line with company procedures, review all relevant In and Out License 3rd party agreements that have PV (pharmacovigilance) obligations identifying the need of an agreement, or review of existing agreement.
- Support the BRM in reviewing, drafting and negotiating PV agreements working closely with internal colleagues to ensure the use of appropriate templates, ensuring that any special arrangements with the licensing partner are captured.
- Support the BRM in liaison with various internal and external business partners to ensure agreements are in line with company policy, local laws and regulations.
- Ensure executed agreements are uploaded onto the contracts database and flagged for 2 yearly review
- General ad hoc legal advice and support as appropriate.
Who we're looking for
You will have gained previous relevant work experience, preferably in the healthcare industry. You will have suitable legal qualifications (law degree or equivalent) and will have excellent communication and organization skills. You will have the ability to work well under pressure, and will have the ability to read, understand and advise on contractual matters.
