As Bid Manager, you will be responsible for
•management of tender bid and pre-contract activities
• hand-over and presentation of tender bid to the construction team
• manage fully considered and co-ordinate tender
• establish opportunities/ scope to win tender bids
Who we're looking for
The ideal Bid Manager will have an in-depth knowledge of tendering for large mixed use projects, ideally between £5 and £30m. You must have a proven track record of constructing successful tenders. Exceptional communication skills are a must. Applicants which have a significant Estimating track record with a main contractor will also be considered.
