Reporting to the Managing Director you will be responsible for the management of all the day to day production and operations within the factory, with a combined total of 40 staff. You will achieve plant performance objectives through maximising efficiency, implementation of advanced manufacturing techniques, method improvements, and KPI's, whilst continuously promoting the company's philosophy of continuous improvement.
Who we're looking for
The ideal candidate will have a demonstrable Production Management background from within a manufacturing environment. You will have a proven track record of implementing continuous improvement, and lean manufacturing concepts.

Our Client is a leading manufacturer and supplier of glass based products. Further expansion has led to the opportunity for a Works Manager.
