As Design Manager you will be expected to-
• Implement the agreed design management strategy on the project.
• Ensure the project team is working to the Contractors Proposals.
• Assess design risk and manage its mitigation.
• Work with the Regional DM to provide a design management service for the project and across the Business Unit.
• Ensure all aspects of the design management procedures are implemented for the Project

Who we're looking for
The ideal Design Manager will have a knowledge of leading projects in excess of £20m. A background with a major contractor as well as strong communication skills and a commitment to quality are essential.
