This highly reputable US firm are looking for a Securitization Lawyer who has done an equivalent seat or had relevant experience in this area. You will be working within a growing team reporting to a senior associate and partner.

Who we're looking for
You will be personable and client facing with commercial acumen. The perfect candidate will have experience including ideally conduit or SIV formation, or with multi-country trade receivables transactions, or with CMBS transactions.
