This is an exceptional opportunity for a Quality Engineer to join the operational excellence team to implement and maintain a framework of quality procedures ( ISO / TS16949 ). You will play an integral part in ensuring that the products meet the specified design and quality requirements, delivering total customer satisfaction. The key responsibilities of the role are:
• Effective resolution and elimination of reoccurring quality complaints through utilising quality tools including 8D, 5Y and FMEA.
• Deliver Kaizen events and quality improvement programmes to achieve business objectives.
• Support the design and development of products and processes through Advanced Product Quality Planning ( APQP ).
• Respond quickly to daily issues that have been identified as top priorities ensuring that their is minimal impact on quality.

Who we're looking for
The candidate that we are looking for needs to have the following attributes:
• Experience of working in a Quality capacity within a manufacturing environment.
• A clear and practical understanding of quality improvement methodology such as SPC, poke-yoke and 8D.
• An excellent knowledge of the quality requirements of tier one automotive and aerospace customers.
• Strong communication and ability to influence others to make quality a primary consideration for everyone.
