Employment Lawyer - Partner Designate

Our client has an established Employment department that deals in the most part with respondent clients that range from household names to successful owner managed businesses.
You will be required to deal with day to day conduct of employment matters but a more important part of this role is the willingness to market the firm and develop further business within the area and with the firm's existing client base.

Who we're looking for
Our client is looking for an employment lawyer who is seeking partnership.
The ideal candidate will have trained and practised at a well known city or regional firm, will be able to work without supervision on a full range of respondent related matters and will have experience and a track record of success developing new business through his own contacts or through cross selling services within their current firm.
