Based at my Clients' Surrey head office you will work closely with the Finance Director and the wider business. You will be responsible for managing the commercial contracts side of the business and key duties will include negotiating, drafting and managing agreements with customers. You will provide guidance and advice on tenders, advise in changes in law affecting the business and provide first-line support where required.

Who we're looking for
You will be an experienced Contracts advisor with proven knowledge of managing agreements from the outset through to post-signature management. You will be articulate, commercially astute and comfortable liaising with individuals across an organisation at all levels.
