This Leading global US firm are looking for a finance lawyer to work in their London Office. 80% of the work will be acquisition finance, but you will also be involved in restructuring work, trade receivable finance and other banking transactions.

Who we're looking for
A finance lawyer who wants to be part of marketing, business development and someone who likes working in a team based environment.

About our client
Leading global US firm with long established London office known for its collegiate environment and high rated banking practice. The team currently has 7 Partners, 17 Associate who work on major domestic and cross border transactions. There are excellent secondment opportunities to major investment banks.
