The Equity Capital Markets are volatile and demanding. Investment banks and corporate clients alike need assistance in developing innovative and unique structures. They need lawyers with the technical expertise and the practical know-how to implement their ideas. Our client's highly rated Global Equity Capital Markets team plays an active role in the market. They advise on the full spectrum of equity and equity-linked instruments, including IPOs, rights issues, secondary offerings, quick-to-market transactions and block trades, as well as convertible and exchangeable bond issues.
Due to a booming economy, our client is in urgent need for a skilled ECM lawyer to augment their team.

Who we're looking for
The ideal candidate is UK qualified, although applications from Australian, New Zealand and US qualified lawyers will also be considered. You boast a strong portfolio of Capital Markets and IPO experience and are happy to work with minimal supervision. You will ideally have trained or worked in a Magic Circle firm.
