You will be responsible for providing a comprehensive, accurate and cost effective service for clients and to provide assistance to senior colleagues.
You will undertake a Project Management Role on those projects allocated to you, either working as part of a Project Management team on larger projects, or running your own projects and reporting directly to the executive Project Manager / Associate on smaller/ less complex projects. Specific duties will be tailored to the project requirements you may also be expected to take on some responsibility for guidance and mentoring of graduates and trainees.
Additionally,you may be required to participate, from time to time, in various business related initiatives being undertaken by the firm.
You will be expected to maintain the highest standards in undertaking your work and act with integrity and professionalism at all time.
Who we're looking for
Relevant Post Qualification expertise in project management gained working within a client, consultant or contractor environment, with good exposure to commercial & retail sector projects. Ideally background should cover all phases of the project from inception to completion and the ability to work as a team member is essential. Knowledge & expertise in planning and programming is desirable, as is a working knowledge of contract law and procedures including knowledge with all aspects of Employers Agent role. Demonstrable IT skills with good working knowledge of Microsoft office software is essential.
