Consultancy opportunities exist for committed Continuous Improvement Consultant to join a result driven Delivery Team working across a diverse range of clients and sectors nationwide. You will work with exceptional and like minded people with strong values who will challenge and support you on a wide range of stimulating and demanding engagements. Along the way you will make great friends, undergo considerable personal and professional growth and help shape and develop the future direction of this business and their offering.
Who we're looking for
You will ideally have a first degree (2:1 or better), preferably coupled with a postgraduate qualification (MBA/MSc/PhD) or professional qualification and an exceptionally strong track record of personal and professional successes. Passionate and action orientated with strong character and a distinctive personality you are able to inspire and lead both colleagues and clients in joint team settings. You must have sound business acumen and the interpersonal skills necessary to develop rapport and trust that leads to the development of grounded and sustainable relationships.
