Interim L&D Facilitator

Currently undergoing a significant a period of change, our leading Financial Services client has identified the need for an experienced L&D Manager to deliver specialist training for them on a short term basis for 8 to 10 weeks. They are looking for someone who can deliver pre-prepared induction and soft skills training to group of 20-40 individuals.

Who we're looking for
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering specialist material to large groups of professional, highly educated individuals. You will need to possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills and be adept at training using a variety of different media. This role is to start at thebeginning of May.
