This is a fantastic role for a qualified solicitor to manage a team of three other solicitors. You will be working in the area of asylum, immigration and refugee law and should be passionate about this field, although your experience of it may not be overly expansive. You must have experience of Judicial Review. You will be managing your own case load with the support of paralegals, whilst also effectively managing the small team underneath you. You must have a proven ability to be a strong and effective leader with a calm, creative, solution driven approach to the task. You could be from either a not for profit, public sector or private background. In this role, fantastic work like balance is offered -an extremely rewarding 9 to 5 position that offers fantastic job satisfaction as well as a competitive package.
Who we're looking for
• Judicial Review experience is a must
• Proven track record of solid management ability
• Sensitive approach to sometimes vulnerable clients
• Preferably experience of Asylum / Immigration / Refugee law
• Ability to manage own caseload whilst managing the workflows of others
