Reporting to the Head of Planned Maintenance, you will be responsible for developing large scale planned maintenance and/or improvements programmes into contractual agreements in consultation with residents.
As Project Manager you will work with selected contractors and take a leading role in working with our partners in the East Midlands to plan and ensure the delivery of agreed work programmes in delivering an effective maintenance service.
With a proven track record in a similar role in Decent Homes projects you will possess the ability to set up and deliver large scale programmes of works to multiple dwellings across the business during this exciting time of development and progression.
Who we're looking for
The ideal candidate will possess the following:
• A proven track record within Housing maintenance preferably in the social rented sector.
• Experience of working with Service Partners, specifying and procuring works.
• A Professional Building Qualification (MCIOB, RICS, HNC or equivalent).
• Project planning and management experience.
• An analytical approach to setting up and delivering projects on a large scale.
• First class customer service .
• Excellent inter-personal and communication skills.
