You will be involved on a range of commercial litigation work including:

Breach of warranty claims relating to company purchases
IT disputes
Banking and finance
General contractual and commercial litigation

Who we're looking for
Our client is seeking an assistant lawyer or an associate with experience of commercial litigation at a city or regional practice.
The ideal candidate must be able to work with minimal supervision and therefore must have solid commercial litigation experience.
