The role as HR Team Leader in Hertfordshire will be to manage a team of HR Advisors and Assistance in the shared services department of this Hertfordshire based Insurance company. You will be responsible for dealing with complex enquiries, ensure the team is well motivated, monitor the team against KPI targets and mentor / coach individuals as required.
Who we're looking for
You will ideally be from a shared services background, although this is not essential. You will have managed a small team in either an HR or customer services capacity and have a good understanding of generalist HR. You must have a track record in excellent communication and development of people and be looking for a varied role in a large insurance organisation.
