As the Group Customer Analytics Manager you will be responsible for developing a best in class analytical insight to support and drive the group objectives - You must have strong modelling abilities!

Who we're looking for
The ideal candidate will have a proven modelling capability within the Marketing environment, have experience of leading team, a qualification in advanced statistics / econometrics (or similar), and proven stakeholder engagement skills. You will also be responsible for:

• Developing segmentation models and analysis using advanced statistical techniques to support ongoing Group segmentation work
• Driving improvement in, and support development and maintenance of, statistical modelling capability to support business challenges, including; (but not limited to) propensity, response, and regression models
• Developing other Data Mining capability to identify customer event triggers for customer contact lead opportunities
• Developing Customer Next Best Activity Modelling to optimise likelihood of achievement of business objectives through targeted customer contact (leveraging modelling above)
