Reporting to the Construction Director the Project Manager will be based in Leeds, you will need to be able to demonstrate a successful track record to date with experience in the Interiors Fit Out Market. The role will require you to be extremely operationally astute and have an understanding of the principles of Key Account Management and the ability to supply a first class service is essential.

Who we're looking for
The successful candidate will assume operational responsibility for the entire process from overseeing sites, estimating, appointing sub-contractors, planning, sourcing and ordering materials, control of labour, installation, and the financial management of each project whether it be installation, reconfiguration or relocation.

They will liaise between the company and the client using both company resources and sub-contractors to deliver successful projects on time and on budget.

This Project Manager position demands an experienced, customer focused individual with proven construction management skills. The successful candidate should have circa 5 years' relevant interiors and refurbishment industry experience and possess excellent communication and client handling skills. IT literacy is also essential.

Candidates should have experience in the construction or commercial interiors industry and be conversant with the challenges imposed by design and build projects.

What's on offer
Basic of £35, 000 - £40,000 plus Car allowance, life assurance and 25 days annual leave.
