In this newly created role you will use your skill as a strategic thinker to inspire and influence at board level. Supported by a highly experienced and forward thinking Planning and Research team, your gravitas and track record will enable you to provide thorough thought leadership both internally as well as for clients. This will involve anything from defining business and marketing strategy, classical brand management, through to campaign planning and evaluation and ensure that your recommendations lead to the deployment of effective consumer focussed communications.
Who we're looking for
This role commands you possess a proven agency track record gained working in senior planning or strategic roles. You may have had a stint on the client-side in a consumer planning capacity or as a consultant, however to be considered, you must possess a strong agency pedigree. This role will especially appeal if you are currently in a senior planning role within a network or large independent and keen to make the jump intodeveloping your own planning team. In achieving your current status, you'll be able to draw upon a sound knowledge of CRM, planning models, research methodologies and analytical techniques. You will be expected to make this role your own and be driven by the desire to unearth new insights, and seek to constantly improve the effectiveness of digital and direct communications developed for clients.
