Business Transformation Senior Manager

Reporting to the Business Transformation Director, you will identify, shape and deliver business wide improvement programmes using your Lean, Six Sigma, BPM and Continuous Improvement capabilities.You will be expected to lead, motivate, develop and appraise a team of CI Professionals to ensure that their individual and collective performance meets the current and future needs of the business.

This role is likely to appeal to high performing and potential individuals who have a track record of delivering significant business results, an ability to work both at strategic and operational levels, and a passion for improvement. You will be a great influencer, with the innate ability to operate at both board level and equally the frontline, with strong coaching and capability building skills.
Key Skills to include:-
Lean Six Sigma MBB certified or Equivalent by reputable provider.
Time served in managing a Six Sigma / CI and or consulting team.
Technical mastery of Continuous Improvement methodologies such as DMAIC, Lean,
DFSS / Process design, BPM and Change Management.
Demonstrated ability to effectively coach senior business leadership, process owners,
Stakeholders, Black Belts and Green Belts.
Expert in project management and execution.
Outstanding training and facilitation skills.
Commanding executive presence and leadership skills; ability to hold attention, exude
confidence and lead.
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with all levels of an organization.
