This is an exciting opportunity to join this industry-leading business as UK Employee Relations Manager. You will be accountable for country employee relations direction, standards and policy formulation linked to the current and future business strategy. Closely supporting the Global VP of ER, you will be the lead in facilitating development and improvement in employee relations planning, including provision of ER framework around employee lifecycle as well as monitoring ER metrics and trends. You will be the UK expert in all areas of employee relations and will provide managers with proactive support when cases become particularly complex. With line management of a team of ER experts, you will raise awareness of ER issues across line management, delivering training as appropriate in order to raise the overall capability across the organisation. The clear focus on this role is Employee Relations as opposed to Industrial Relations as there is limited union involvement within the business.

Who we're looking for
You will have a proven background in Employee Relations, preferably in a large matrixed organisation. You will have in-depth experience of all areas of UK employment legislation and have the ability to coach others through complex cases. With the ability to influence and build strong partnerships at all levels, you will have the passion and courage to challenge positively and drive change.
