Relationship Manager - Telephone Based

level 2 and level 3 Telephone Relationship Managers required to provide high quality service to a portfolio of 250 customers in England. Role is based in Glasgow.

Who we're looking for
• must have gained experience in a similar role.
• Exceptional sales abilities required as well as account management skills.
• Professionalism in your work ethic is a must.
• Clear financial understanding in business banking.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills.
• Excellent commercial knowledge of financial services and the SME market.
• Have or willing to study for CIOBS Professional Qualification in Business Banking
• An ability to interpret financial statements e.g. annual/audited accounts; cash flow projections etc.
• Knowledge of credit process and procedures.
• A full induction programme will be arranged for all candidates
• For level 3s, we are looking for candidates who have:
• experience in relationship management role
• ideally from another bank
• experience in credit
• Perhaps you are a relationship manager for a level 3 start here
• For level 2s, we are seeking candidates who have
• experienced in customer service
• willingness to learn/great attitude
• awareness of business banking customer needs
• Perhaps you are currently a banking advisor for a level 2 start here?
