You will be a corporate lawyer and will be joining a top rated Tokyo firm's team who have worked on the largest initial public offering, the largest global M&A transaction of the year, the largest-ever primary offering by an Indian issuer and Asia's second-largest primary follow-on offering of the year, and the largest-ever investment in the Chinese financial sector
In addition, they have worked on the largest initial public offering, the largest global M&A transaction of the year, the largest-ever primary offering by an Indian issuer and Asia's second-largest primary follow-on offering of the year, and the largest-ever investment in the Chinese financial sector.

Who we're looking for
An excellent Bengoshi lawyer who has had exposure to M&A and corporate work from a top Tokyo firm.

About our client
The principal focus in our client Tokyo office is on capital markets transactions and mergers and acquisitions/joint ventures involving foreign enterprises and those in Japan, although they also work on credit transactions, internal and regulatory investigations, and a broad range of other corporate and advisory projects. In addition, they play a central role in the flow of major cross-border transactions involving many sectors of the Japanese economy, focusing on the technology and financial institutions sectors
