Finance Director Designate

As FD Designate you will be based in Wednesbury and be responsible for managing the day to day finance for the group. You will report into the Managing Director and be responsible for managing a small team of accountants who support the business and report to the group.
o Delivering trend analysis to Business Heads across the organisation.
o Drive the forecasting and budgeting processes.
o Deliver strong management accounting and ensure information is used to drive improvements in commercial and operational performance.
o Lead and motivate the finance team.
o Ensure that the financial controls are robust and achieve clean reports from external audits.
o Lead IT development and actively look for new opportunities to exploit IT.

Who we're looking for
o Qualified accountant (CIMA,ACCA or ACA)
o Experience within the role of Financial Controller
o A background in general manufacturing
Organisations of similar scale
