This is a key new role in the HR department to ensure a successful approach to policy development and operational delivery. You will have responsibility for ensuring HR policies and procedures support the needs of the organisation and are legally compliant, as well as ensuring the central HR Service Centre has efficient systems to deliver a quality service.Managing HR Shared Services. Reporting into the Head of HR this role is an integral part of the HR function.
Who we're looking for
CIPD qualified you will have a sound grasp of employment law, exposure to managing staff, extensive exposure of writing policies and procedures. This role would suit a HR professional who has exposure to shared services and policy formulations. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your HR career.
