An opportunity has arisen for a Senior Support Engineer reporting into the sales side of the business to strengthen the overall engineering knowledge base of the organisation. The main function will be;
• Providing professional engineering input to system designs
• Engineering support to the sales teams on new applications and markets for Spirax products.
• Understanding European Directives and Regulations for specific systems.
• Becoming the technical product champion on specific product ranges.
Who we're looking for
A self starter with a keen eye for detail, preferably possessing an engineering degree and broad experience rather than specialist knowledge. This will probably have been gained working within a process plant, fluid control, plant utilities or project engineering type environment.
A back ground in the following would be advantageous but not essential:
• Steam and fluid control
• Pressure systems and piping
• Chemical, pharmaceutical or process industries
• Process instrumentation
