Reporting to the Operations Manager at the site in East Yorkshire, your role will be Shift Production Manager. You will manage the work force in a proactive, enthusiastic manner to ensure will focus your attention on improving efficiency, quality and communications and reducing lead time, waste and cost.
Who we're looking for
Of graduate calibre, you will have a demonstrable track record of success in production management in an environment where you have implemented and been responsible for change. Our client wants high calibre individuals with a can do attitude who are looking for a fresh challenge. Excellent interpersonal skills are essential.

Our client are a leading manufacturing business based in East Yorkshire. Due to continued expansion they now require a Shift Production Manager.
