A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a candidate with great potential to join a fast-growing business to business information company in a HR Manager role.The role is newly created in response to redesign of HR strategy, an effort to position HR as a proactive function aligned with future business growth plans. Alongside 4 other Managers, the role-holder will experience a full and varied role with 40-50-% strategy. Alongside operational care of the client group of 120, the successful candidate will experience 12-month rotations in areas of expertise; project managing, designing and implementing initiatives. With the tutelage of a driven and dynamic HR Director, the role-holder will be allowed a high degree of responsibility and autonomy in a role where the parameters can be expanded to allow personal growth and professional development.
