This is a unique and exciting opportunity for an experienced HR Manager to design, implement and staff a Shared Service Centre and then subsequently manage the day to day operation of the HR Centre for a highly successful Retailer.
You will work with the Human Resources business leaders to negotiate service levelobjectives and identify additional service offerings and department needs.
You will provide leadership, direction and prioritisation for all services provided in the Service Centre which include the administration of HR, Benefits and Payroll.
Who we're looking for
You will be an experienced HR Manager preferably within a Shared Service environment. Competencies in systems and business processes are essential. You will have experience in a start up operation or the development of an organisation that interfaces with employees, HR Business owners and technology. Additionally you will have excellent interpersonal skills; demonstrate effective listening and questioning skills and be comfortable communicating at all levels.
