The successful candidate will be expected to run a full caseload of Wills and Probate files. Some existing knowledge of trusts, estates and tax planning work would be particularly useful.
Who we're looking for
You should be able to manage a varied caseload with minimal supervision. You should have broad legal knowledge in all areas of Private Client, Trusts and Probate.
About our client
Long established regional practice. Good broad range of work and clients.
Our client has many years experience administering Trusts and advising Trustees.They also offer legal advice and assistance in other related areas of the law concerning mental incapacity, the Court of Protection, Powers of Attorney and Advance Directives.
