Change Control Manager

The change Manager's role is to ensure formal control of the build process and manage the transition of components from development through formal verification to Production operational deployment.
The CCM primary responsibility is to ensure that the various component projects of a particular software release brought together and released on time with high quality to include the overall release after passing the required quality control and user acceptance

Responsibilities:
• Provide a framework for source code control, and change management for systems and configuration
• Maintain and update the current configuration management standards
• Maintain and update the current source code change control standards
• Enable consistent and repeatable deployment of software builds to the Development, Staging, and Production environments by implementing standardized processes
• Provide technical guidance and assistance to the development team and computer operation in the implementation of effective source and configuration change Management processes
• Ensure software development release quality and stability through careful release, build and packaging controls
• Perform configuration audits (maintaining the configuration management system) for vendor systems.
• Prepare reports as needed
• Ensure that Change Management procedures are followed

Who we're looking for
Qualification and Skills:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or IT
• Have worked for a Bank and have Banking knowledge
• Proven track record in configuration, build, and release management
• Experience with source control and build automation tools
