Workplace Safety Paralegal

You will deal with a caseload of approximately 70-80 fast track Employers Liability/Public liability claims. As a paralegal you will be a strong assistant to the team.

Who we're looking for
Ideally with exposure to workplace safety matters from a defendant perspective you will also have had exposure to handling your own pre-litigation caseload coupled with knowledge of Civil Procedure Rules.
