Acting for some of the largest landowners and estates in Cheshire, Lancashire and North Wales, this team acts on a diverse range of rural matters including farming and food production in an ever-changing area of law. Work involves all aspects of sale/purchase of agricultural land and general commercial property as well as landlord and tenant issues.

Who we're looking for
Ideally you should have a proven track record in agricultural property however applications from commercial property solicitors with a genuine and demonstrable interest in rural affairs will also be considered.
