A successful Area Sales Mortgage Manager - East Midlands-To lead motivate and manage a team of Personal Mortgage Advisers to achieve and exceed business objectives in relation to the face to face sale of mortgages to customers, whilst adhering to internal and external; regulatory, operational, compliance, credit and key control systems and procedures.
Who we're looking for
A driven Area Sales Mortgage Manager - East Midlands
• Achievement of the team's PMA mortgage sales targets.
• Achievement of team's Cross Sale Targets.
• Development and communication of Regional and team sales strategy in line with the overall Retail and Channel objectives.
• Provision of clear direction, motivation, coaching and support to the sales force in order to maximise business performance.
• Set stretching targets and ensure the required skill base is developed to deliver the required objectives.
• Overview team and individual performances, analysing performance trends and developing solutions to meet business requirements.
• Develop proactively key internal relationships and a network of Retail contacts to maximise lead generation.
• Ensure compliance and market knowledge is continually updated to fulfil a proven level of competence and achievement of professional and regulatory standards in all transactions.
• Directly responsible for adherence to internal and external Compliance requirements as set out by the Bank
• Work within agreed budgetary constraints.
• Maintain awareness of the mortgage market and to be recognised as an expert in this field.
• Achievement of team's 'Right First Time' targets.
