The Asset Maintenance Manager will be responsible for the delivery of general maintenance activities, cyclical works and improvement programmes throughout the group. The companies Property Directorate is responsible for the delivery of maintenance activities and improvement programmes to the Group's subsidiaries which own and manage approximately 14'000 properties across the North West.
Who we're looking for
The candidate will have the following attributes:
•Degree Qualified or Higher in a related subject.
• Proven Technical and Managerial skills with the ability to manage others in order to successfully deliver the departments maintenance, cyclical and improvement programmes within budget and to programme.
• Proven ability to manage a budget of approximately £12 million pounds.
