As Reward Analyst, you will be part of a team of 7 people and will report directly to the Reward Director. Responsibilities will include:
• Supporting the annual pay review, and annual bonus review
• Providing reward data and analysis as required
• Carrying out reward benchmarking activities
• Supporting the Reward Manager as required
• Carrying out various adhoc reward projects and activities
Who we're looking for
This is an excellent opportunity for the right candidate. The position will suiteither an experienced Rewards Analyst or a generalist with experience of working for aBuilders Merchants, who is interested in Reward. You will be highly analytical with strong project management and communication skills. This role will suit an individual you can show enthusiasm, commitment and a passion for Reward.
