You will work in partnership with key Business Partners and leadership teams to provide strategic HR direction and commercially focused solutions to deliver business objectives.
You key responsibilities will be to:-
• Develop and implement short, medium and long term HR strategies through the People Plans that support and align the business strategy.
• Provide commercially focussed solutions to drive and enhance business performance.
• Utilise the HR service delivery model ensuring that processes and projects are consistent.
• Coach and influence senior management to motivate and raise the performance of their teams.
• Manage complex projects in changing environments.
Who we're looking for
You should be of graduate calibre with a strong HR Generalist skill set with an ability to work both strategically and operationally. You must be able to work autonomously and to influence senior managers and key stakeholders. An ability to work under pressure and to manage a heavy work load is essential.
