As a Senior Project Manager you will be fully responsible for leading Project Delivery teams across Russia. Specific Sectors include Retail, Commercial, Logistics, Hotel and Leisure. This role would be an integral part of the office team and this position would support, lead and manage large delivery projects both pre and post contract. This is a new and exciting opportunity in an emerging market. You will also guide and mentor Russian staff intomy clients way of working and conveytheir value added approach.
Responsibilities will include:
• Leading a Project team in the delivery of client project requirements from inception to completion
• Setting up and delivery of good practice Project Management systems and controls
• Providing client contact and development of the brief
• Managing the cost and procurement elements and cost teams as a whole
• Managing the project programme to deliver to time
• Post contract administration
• Close out including managing snagging and hand over
