Senior Treasury Analyst

1. Regulated Insurance company investment strategy execution;
2. Cash management encompassing group cash flow forecasts, transaction banking and liquidity management;
3. Financing, funding and investment of surplus cash;
4. Corporate and regulated insurance company banking and funds management;
5. Foreign exchange and interest rate risk management;
6. Treasury reporting, processes, controls and procedures;
7. Treasury staffing
8. Add hoc corporate finance support projects assigned by the EGFD from time to time.

Who we're looking for
With experience in a corporate treasury you will be confident operating within an innovative senior management team. You will be proactive in managing risk and suggesting improvements and be able to communicate ideas and negotiate solutions to create shareholder value for the business.

As a technical expert you will be required to act decisively after analysing and evaluating different perspectives from a variety of stakeholders and deal with conflicts that might arise.
With four banking partners and five fund managers, prior experience working with financial institutions is essential. Experience in the insurance sector and / or investment management would be preferred.

You credentials will include a degree and a leading professional qualification in treasury and possibly accompanied by a professional accounting or investment management qualification.

Previous staff management experience is essential as the delivery against tight deadlines is a core requirement of the team. Further, experience in a multinational treasury or dealing with international stakeholders would be advantageous.
