Our Client has a strong construction team dealing with both contentious and non-contentious construction-related work.You will be acting for funders advising in relation to development/project funding; for developers when putting in place contracts for development; and for consultants and contractors advising on the terms of contracts. The value of development funding with which the team has been involved during the past year is approaching £100million. On contentious matters, we act for the majority of large local contractors (some national) and the majority of large local sub-contractors During the last year, our Client has advised clients on all types of dispute resolution, including adjudication, arbitration and litigation. Two cases in the last year have reached the Technology & Construction Court and both have set new law in the construction law field.

Who we're looking for
The ideal candidate will have experience of dealing with contentious and non-contentious construction matters and will be some one who is looking to progress their career.

Our Client offers a full range of legal services, with the exception of publicly funded Legal Aid work.With three branch offices and plans afoot for further growth,they are well on their way to achieving their ambition to be the leading regional firm in the East of England.
