You will be involved in advising major financial institutions, commercial developers, investors, public bodies and ports on property investment and development projects and regeneration schemes as well as acting for the firm's corporate clients on their smaller scale commercial property management and funding needs. You will also advise a number of clients on the management of large property portfolios, including a well-known pub company, with the assistance of the specialist support of a number of colleagues in the property litigation team.

Who we're looking for
You will have experience in dealing with Commercial property matters across the board and will be confident in taking on all levels of instructions.
