This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR Consultant to join this entrepreneurial business. Reporting into the HR Director you will be responsible for offering a full generalist service across 9 UK sites. The position will be highly operational, and will include developing and implementing policies and procedures, coaching and supporting local HR and line managers and also taking the lead on new initiatives and projects as required.
Who we're looking for
The person we are looking for will be a self motivated and organised individual who will quickly establish themselves in the business and build effective relationships. Excellent communication skills will be key.
You will;
• Ideally be CIPD qualified.
• Be a credible and proactive HR professional who operates as a true business partner.
• Have a strong generalist background, including excellent knowledge of employment law and legislation.
• Have proven Project Management experience.
• Be happy to travel to multiple sites across the UK, and occasional overseas travel.
• Experience of TUPE would be advantageous but not essential.
