My client a household FMCG brand is looking for an International Rewards Analyst to work from their brand new site in Uxbridge. The International Rewards Team provides programmes, services and operational support for my clients businesses which enable them to reward and incentivise their employees such that they attract, motivate and retain high calibre staff at all levels. This is achieved by focusing on policy development, reward consultancy, advisory casework and transactional service delivery.
This individual will be responsible for managing the salary review and reward programmes and activities covering the senior executive population.You will add value by identifying ways to optimise reward processes and systems; to make them cost efficient and a more effective management tool.
Who we're looking for
• Graduate calibre with developed numeracy, financial and business awareness.
• HR background, part of which should be in reward. Experience of job evaluation and using market data.
• Good knowledge of SAP HR and Excel. Demonstrated use of structured analytical methods and techniques.
• Team player, with good organisational ability, and able to act on own initiative and to tight deadlines.
• Customer focused with good interpersonal skills.
• Able to work effectively across cultures. Second European language an advantage.
• Strong sense of confidentiality to manage executive casework.
