Their Property & Development team manage and maintain the Group properties, which include retail outlets, distribution and manufacturing sites, central offices and a substantial portfolio of third party leased and investment properties. Reporting to the Estates Manager you will be primarily involved with the Acquisition of the above retail sites.

Who we're looking for
The successful Acquisitions Surveyor will have at least two years' post RICS qualification experience and will proactively
manage the portfolio of both operational and investment properties covering the full spectrum of Estates Management
within a specific geographical area. Consideration may be given to applicants with a RICS accredited and relevant degree
wanting to further their career and qualifications.
