Credit Hire Executive

You will:
1.Deal with litigated claims all the way to a final hearing and in doing so keep to an absolute minimum the amount of credit hire charges paid.

2.Assist with supervision of more junior executives.
Key challenges are to continue to support the insurance industries efforts to challenge and limit the amount of credit hire claims and charges.

As this is a specialist area, thorough on the job training is given to all new recruits in this team and you will be supported by an existing team of experienced Executives, Team Leaders and the Credit Hire Associate on a daily basis.

Who we're looking for
Our client is looking for a paralegal or Legal Executive, ideally with experience of credit hire claims.
Alternatively our client will look at candidates with a working knowledge of litigation claims in the county court.
